Yzkïne, Mémoire de Matière and the Parisian East in extracts

Yzkïne is a French niche perfume house founded in 2024 by Jérémy Puzos. Its field of expression is not that of a classic perfumery: the brand draws on memories of a youth spent in the Parisian East, between the ring road, concrete towers and the urban environment.

Its first chapter, Mémoire de Matière, transforms ordinary smells — new car leather, glue, hydrocarbons, varnish, ink, plastic — into real subjects of composition. Synthetic materials, often relegated to the background, are deliberately showcased here and confronted with natural ingredients. Yzkïne collaborates with perfumers Margaux Le Paih-Guérin, Anne-Sophie Behaghel and Camille Chemardin.
