Identification data and contact details, customer account data, order and transaction data, payment information, exchanges with customer service, technical and browsing data, marketing preferences and data derived from cookies.

Purposes and legal bases

Performance of the contract of sale (orders, delivery, returns, customer account, after-sales service), compliance with our legal and accounting obligations, consent (non-essential cookies, electronic direct marketing, personalised advertising) and legitimate interest (website security, fraud prevention, improvement of our services).

Recipients

Our service providers that are strictly necessary for the operation of the shop: Shopify (shop hosting), payment service providers, carriers (Colissimo – La Poste, ShopToShop relay point), Klaviyo (email marketing), advertising networks where you have consented to this, and technical and security service providers.

Retention periods

Accounting and invoicing documents: 10 years. Customer data used for direct marketing purposes: 3 years from the end of the commercial relationship. Prospective customer data: 3 years from the last contact. Choice expressed regarding cookies: 6 months.

Cookies

Cookies that are not strictly necessary (audience measurement, advertising, personalisation) are only placed after you have given your consent. You may accept, refuse or change your preferences at any time via the website’s cookie management module, as easily as you gave them.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, the right to withdraw your consent and the right to set instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.
