Atelier Materi, raw material at the heart of perfume

Atelier Materi places raw material at the heart of every creation. The house's name comes from the Breton word « materi », meaning material, in reference to the Breton origins of its founder Véronique Le Bihan. The raw, mineral landscapes of Brittany inspire an aesthetic where perfumery engages in a dialogue with architecture, design, and artisanal craftsmanship.

The approach consists of selecting, for each fragrance, a central natural raw material — cocoa, narcissus, ambrette, cedar, oud, oregano — and then exploring its nuances through contrasting combinations. A refined and textured olfactory style, where each ingredient gradually reveals its different facets.
