Before becoming a perfume house, COELIA is the extension of a personal journey: that of Billel Fathallah, born in Paris to a Tunisian father and a Moroccan mother, passionate about fragrances from a very young age and now known as the Voyageur Olfactif. His travels and encounters give him a direction: to use perfume to tell the stories of cultures through their most sensory aspects.

Each creation begins with a place truly experienced. A humanitarian trip to Bangladesh inspires Dinajpur, born from a chai latte discovered in a small shop in the city. Cap Spartel joins Tangier, where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic, in a luminous and coastal atmosphere.
