Shipping policy

We ship all our parcels from France within 48 working hours of payment confirmation. Colissimo (La Poste) home delivery against signature.

Metropolitan France: ShopToShop relay point free of charge (3 to 5 days); Colissimo €9.50, 24–48 hours, free for orders of €50 or more (cannot be combined with a discount code).

Monaco and Andorra: Colissimo €9.50, 48 hours, free for orders of €50 or more (cannot be combined with a discount code).

European Union and Switzerland: €20, 3 to 7 working days.

United Kingdom: €25, 3 to 7 working days.

French overseas departments and territories: €25, 6 to 11 days excluding customs clearance.

Non-EU Europe and the Maghreb: €29, 4 to 8 working days.

Rest of the world: €39, 5 to 10 working days excluding customs clearance.

Deliveries to the United States and Ukraine are temporarily suspended.

Indicative delivery times (source: La Poste), from the date of dispatch. Outside the EU, duties and taxes are payable by the recipient. A tracking number is sent by email. In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, risk passes to you when you take possession of the parcel.
