His mother's name, and two to three months of maceration

Jousset Parfums was founded in 2020 by Jimmy Bodin, a self-taught French perfumer, and Melis Bodin. It all began in Switzerland, in a small room, with bottles filled by syringe: Jimmy was recreating the French desserts he couldn't find there. Jousset is his mother's name, from whom he inherited his passion for perfume; his love of craftsmanship comes from his father. Today, production takes place in France, in the house's independent workshop. Its signature is registered: Ultra-Gourmand™ — concentrations of 28.5 to 33.5%, and two to three months of maceration, compared to about three weeks in the industry.

An opening of almond, chocolate, and lemon

Almond and chocolate immediately establish a rich, powdery pastry theme. Lemon cuts through, zesty and tart: it cuts the sweetness and paves the way for the flowers.

A heart of Bulgarian rose and jasmine
