Bleu de Bleu by Noème Paris is a gourmand floral fruity eau de parfum, unisex, created by Emna Doghri. It is the house's latest creation, presented in spring 2026, and it places its gourmand notes right from the opening rather than in the base.

A house that only names inaccessible places

Noème comes from the Greek noema and designates what lies behind the subconscious: the inaccessible. The house, founded in 2018 by Yassin Karim with the French-Moroccan perfumer Majda Bekkali, explores this inaccessible through perfumes inspired by burning deserts, crystal caves, or oceanic depths. Yassin Karim was born in Madagascar to parents who exported spices and flowers, and grew up surrounded by warehouses filled with vanilla beans. Bleu de Bleu belongs to the Collection Riviera Fruitée, for which Emna Doghri is the nose, and which the house links to the "blue hour" of the Riviera. The bottle bears a quote attributed to Albert Einstein: "imagination is more important than knowledge".

An opening of guava, almond, and caramel

This is the most elaborate layer. Grapefruit provides the bitter and sparkling radiance, raspberry a tangy touch, the guava accord its tropical flesh. Two gourmand notes are immediately added: almond and caramel. The house itself describes the guava and almond accord as the heart of the idea.

A heart of rose accord and vetiver

Only two materials. The rose accord brings the floral dimension, the vetiver essence a dry, green, and earthy line that holds back the sweetness of the opening.

A base of amber and musk

The base is deliberately short: amber for warmth, musk for softness and longevity on the skin.

The house's signature

In most gourmand perfumes, almond and caramel arrive at the end, in the base. Bleu de Bleu does the opposite: it places them in the top notes, alongside the fruits, then goes through a rose-vetiver heart before closing on only two materials, amber and musk. The perfume starts gourmand and ends clean, which distinguishes it from usual sweet fruity fragrances.
