Blu Eterno by Jupilò is a unisex, citrusy, aromatic and marine perfume extract, created by Jordi Fernández. Luminous citrus fruits, enhanced by a touch of salt.

A father, suitcases full of perfume bottles

Jupilò is a Roman house founded by Lorenzo Zaccheo — lawyer, professional sommelier and former boxer. His passion for perfume comes from his father, a lover of beauty and Paris, who returned from trips with suitcases full of perfume bottles: Annick Goutal, Diptyque, L'Artisan Parfumeur, Caron. “And every time, it was Christmas.” The child became a collector, then a student of the art of fragrance, and finally creative director. The house describes itself as a blend of Rome and Paris, using methods borrowed from oenology, which is explained by his profession as a sommelier.

An opening of bitter orange, white grapefruit and rosemary

The Italian bitter orange heart, from the Orpur range, opens with a crisp and slightly bitter zest. The white grapefruit accord extends it, while the North African rosemary oil, also from Orpur, brings an aromatic freshness, and the passion fruit accord a juicy touch.

A heart of French lavender, marine accord and salty note

The French lavender oil, from the Orpur range, gives the heart its aromatic longevity. Mahonial, a floral and transparent molecule, illuminates it. The marine accord and a gourmand salty accord evoke skin lightly salted by the sea.

A base of Indonesian patchouli, AmbreXolide and Ambrofix

The Indonesian patchouli oil, from the Orpur range, brings an earthy woodiness. AmbreXolide and Ambrofix, two amber molecules, extend the freshness on the skin.

The house's signature touch

Salt is the signature. Blu Eterno is inspired by the moment when the sea and the sky seem to meet at the horizon. Where many marine fragrances rely solely on freshness, Jordi Fernández places a gourmand salty accord at the heart alongside the marine accord, giving the citrus a skin-like dimension. As with Dominus, which he also created for the house, four ingredients come from Robertet's Orpur range, with their origin stated in the formula: Italy, North Africa, France, Indonesia. This is Jupilò's second marine composition with us, after Eea.
