Naples, and the praise of small things

iPiccirilli was born in Naples, founded by Dario Piccirillo, content creator and fragrance influencer, with the perfumer Sofia Bardelli, an internationally renowned nose. The name merges his surname and the Neapolitan word piccirilli, which means “the little ones”: the house sets itself the goal of celebrating the magnificence hidden in small things. She puts it this way: it is not size that defines value, but the depth of the essence. Its promise is that of an accessible luxury for everyone.

An opening of coconut milk, salt and lemon

The coconut milk opens on a liquid and lactic coconut, far from the dry grating. The salt and the lemon frame it: one brings the mineral quality of skin out of the water, the other an acidity that prevents the start from sinking into sweetness.

A heart of coconut, ylang and bitter cacao

The coconut returns, this time in flesh. The ylang-ylang answers it with its creamy and slightly banana-like flower, while the bitter cacao and the caramel pull in two opposite directions — bitterness against cooked sugar.
