Karakash Perfume is a Turkish haute parfumerie house, and its history is unique in that all twelve of its fragrances were launched in the same year, 2023 — a complete collection from the outset, unlike most houses, which build their catalog one signature fragrance at a time. Even more unusual: these twelve creations are the work of seven different noses — Mohammad Tammam Mando, Jean-Michel Santorini, Amandine Galliano, Marc Zini, Marie Huguenot, Laure-Leta Jacquet, and Émilie Bouge. The bottles are sculptural, and the house's philosophy centers on self-preparation and confidence: each fragrance has its own language, and you choose the one that reflects you.

An opening of suede, mandarin, and immortelle

Petitgrain opens with the bitter leaf of the bitter orange tree, while Italian mandarin provides round citrus. And suede arrives from the very first second: velvety, powdery leather that has no business being in a hesperidic opening. Immortelle adds its honeyed hay and subtle curry.

A heart of sea water and green tea

Sea water introduces saltiness and minerality, while bergamot and mandarin extend the citrus. Green tea brings its dry, tannic bitterness. This is the fragrance's brightest moment.

A base of sandalwood and musk
