The fragrance that went viral

Sospiro explicitly attributes Vibrato to Christian Provenzano on its own perfumers page, and presents it as his powdery citrus fragrance that went viral — it is this success that brought this Italian house, founded in 2011, before a global audience. Vibrato is, in music, the regular oscillation of a sustained note: the title announces a fragrance that vibrates between two registers rather than choosing one.

An opening of grapefruit, bergamot, mandarin, ginger and rosemary

The opening stacks three citrus fruits — grapefruit, bergamot, mandarin — then spicy ginger and rosemary, a dry and camphorous herb. A broad, lively, and already aromatic opening.
