Karakash Perfume is a Turkish haute parfumerie house, and its history is unique in that all twelve of its fragrances were launched in the same year, 2023 — a complete collection from the outset. Even rarer: these twelve creations are signed by seven different noses — Mohammad Tammam Mando, Jean-Michel Santorini, Amandine Galliano, Marc Zini, Marie Huguenot, Laure-Leta Jacquet and Émilie Bouge. An opening of mandarin, saffron and akigalawood

Mandarin opens with rounded citrus, galbanum brings its green resin, and saffron its leathery touch. Akigalawood — a molecule obtained by the enzymatic transformation of patchouli, between agarwood and pepper — appears right from the start, which is rare for such a tenacious material. Raspberry completes it.

A heart of Chinese osmanthus and violet leaf

Chinese osmanthus holds the heart: a flower with an apricot and leather scent, one of the most expensive in perfumery. Violet leaf brings cut green, blackcurrant dark acidity, vanilla and musk sweetness.
