A Parisian house that co-creates each fragrance with a guest

French Cowboy was born in Paris in 2025 from the meeting of two founders: Ashley Santiago, the youngest perfumer at the Paris office of Givaudan, and Adrien Ollat, a former financier. Each creation is co-written with a personality from the current scene, who provides the direction; the juices are made in France, near Arras, and all formulas are vegan. Pear Pavlova was born with Allie Goodbun, a Canadian dancer who performs in the show of a Parisian cabaret: the fragrance takes up the duality of her art, lightness and strength.

The pear sets the tone, juicy and luminous. It is carried by the CO2 pink pepper, one of the most refined extractions in perfumery, for its sparkling freshness, and by the bitter almond oil, one of the few natural materials capable of bringing a real fruity note, where one usually relies on a synthetic accord.

The ambrette seed absolute is the star of the formula: a natural and vegan musk, extracted from Hibiscus abelmoschus, one of the most precious natural materials in perfumery. Musks envelop it with a cloud effect, and the meringue adds a whipped sweetness, sweet without heaviness.

Pear naturally has an ambrette facet: by placing the ambrette seed absolute in the foreground, rarely used with such power, the house makes the accord both obvious and irresistible. Concentrated at 35%, the fragrance rested for four weeks before bottling, the time of maceration and maturation.
