French Cowboy — haute perfumery, co-created with today's scene

Founded in Paris in 2025, French Cowboy was born from the meeting of two founders: Ashley Santiago, the youngest perfumer at the Paris office of Givaudan, trained at the house's perfumery school under Calice Becker, and Adrien Ollat, a former financier. The name pays tribute to Ashley's Mexican grandfather, a cowboy across the Americas, and Adrien's French roots.

Its uniqueness lies in its way of creating: each perfume is co-written with a personality from today's scene — a Parisian cabaret dancer, a chef, a designer — who provides the direction. The perfumer has total freedom over the palette of materials, and the house highlights its most precious ingredients: cacao absolute, ambrette seed absolute, whole Calabrian bergamot, four vanillas in a single formula.
