Frédéric Malle
Éditions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, perfumers treated as authors
Éditions de Parfums Frédéric Malle is a French haute parfumerie house founded in 2000 by Frédéric Malle, with an idea that upended the industry's conventions: to consider perfumers as true authors. Like a literary publisher, he selects exceptional creators and gives them the means to develop their vision to its most refined expression.
The perfumers enjoy exceptional creative freedom, the necessary time, and the finest raw materials, without marketing constraints. The house has brought together some of the greatest names in contemporary perfumery: Dominique Ropion, Jean-Claude Ellena, Maurice Roucel, Pierre Bourdon, Olivia Giacobetti, Carlos Benaïm, Anne Flipo, Bruno Jovanovic, Fanny Bal, Julien Rasquinet and Edmond Roudnitska.
