Santi Burgas, the artisan perfumery of Empordà

Santi Burgas is an avant-garde Spanish artisan perfumery house founded in 2008 by Santiago Burgas Bou in Torroella de Montgrí, in Empordà. Trained in arts and textile design in Barcelona, he developed a fascination with nature and the animal world, particularly with ants and their organization into colonies. His workspace is nicknamed his "ant colony".

His training was enriched by Rosendo Mateu, Chris Maurice and Rodrigo Flores-Roux. The formulas are developed in Torroella de Montgrí and then made in Barcelona with high-quality essences.
